“On November 8, I signed NCA 18-180 as presented and approved by the National Council. The legislation directs Mvskoke Media to be placed under the Executive Branch, in the Department of Commerce, along with the Office of Public Relations and the Department of Tourism and Recreation. When presented with this legislation, I had two options -- to either veto the legislation or to trust our Council Representatives who are in daily contact with our citizens. I chose to trust the opinion of our Council Representatives.”
