Finding an attorney with an expertise in open government law or even willing to tackle such a lawsuit can be a daunting task. To make it easier, FOI Oklahoma has posted a list of attorneys willing to represent individuals, media and other organizations seeking documents under the state Open Records Act or alleging violations of the state Open Meeting Act.

Attorneys wishing to be included should send their name, law firm, email address, telephone number(s), mailing address and website to joey.senat@gmail.com.

Inclusion in the list does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by FOI Oklahoma. Omission from the list does not imply a negative assessment, evaluation or recommendation.
