FOI Oklahoma seeks new executive director

FOI Oklahoma, a nearly 30-year-old nonprofit organization with a passionate mission of protecting your freedom of information and First Amendment rights, is seeking an executive director.

Its current director, Kay Bickham, is retiring after 20 years with the organization. FOI Oklahoma has established a search committee, headed by incoming president Joe Hight, to select a new executive director.

The perfect candidate would have a background in nonprofit management, fund-raising, marketing, social media and writing/journalism. But most of all we seek candidates who want to help others and share our passion toward protecting those rights guaranteed to all of us by our founding fathers.

The position would start as a part-time contracted one but could expand into full time with the right person.
